Baseball Evaluations
We will be conducting evaluations inside on February 22nd and 23rd in the gym at Vernon Center Middle School.
What to bring
- Bring your own bat and helmet if you have them. Bats or helmets will be provided for those not bringing their own. Everyone must bring their own glove.
- Sneakers (no cleats!)
Notes
- Returning 2024 Majors players do NOT need to attend the evaluations.
- For baseball, only players league age 8 and up (as of 8/31/2025) need to evaluate.
- Baseball players league age 7 wanting to be considered for the minors division (player pitch) should attend evaluations. Otherwise, they will be placed on a Farm division (machine pitch) team.
- It is recommended (not required) to evaluate on both Saturday and Sunday if wanting to be considered for Majors. Otherwise only attend one evaluation.

- Players should leave immediately after they have completed their evaluation to avoid congestion.
BASEBALL Majors Eligibility
- Players ages 10, 11, 12 are considered Majors draft eligible
- 9-year-old players that are deemed Majors eligible by the Player Agent may enter the draft after receiving approval from the parent/guardian
Schedule
*It is preferred to attend the assigned time slot however, if there is a conflict for your child's timeslot due to basketball, etc it is ok to attend a different one.
