Baseball Evaluations

Baseball Evaluations

We will be conducting evaluations inside on February 22nd and 23rd in the gym at Vernon Center Middle School.

What to bring

  • Bring your own bat and helmet if you have them.  Bats or helmets will be provided for those not bringing their own.  Everyone must bring their own glove.
  • Sneakers (no cleats!)

Notes

  • Returning 2024 Majors players do NOT need to attend the evaluations.
  • For baseball, only players league age 8 and up (as of 8/31/2025) need to evaluate.
  • Baseball players league age 7 wanting to be considered for the minors division (player pitch) should attend evaluations.  Otherwise, they will be placed on a Farm division (machine pitch) team.
  • It is recommended (not required) to evaluate on both Saturday and Sunday if wanting to be considered for Majors.  Otherwise only attend one evaluation.
  •
