Welcome to the Vernon-Rockville Little League Registration System Refund Policy

***IMPORTANT - If you previously registered online or have an existing online account, please do not create a new account to register for the current season. Please log into your account to register. All members using our system for the first time should enter only their email address when prompted*** Our system will automatically send you a new password which can be changed after log-in.

Registrations made without receipt of payment are subject to deletion within 15 days. All cancelled registrations are subject to a minimum $25 administrative fee.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available on request PRIOR to the close of the OPEN Registration period or the announcement of team placement (whichever comes first) minus a $25 administrative fee. OPEN Registration dates are published in the registration portal.
  • Late fees and processing fees are non-refundable. 
    Most refunds will be processed within 30 days. Refunds requiring a check will also require additional handling/shipping time. 
    Swag merchandise (team/league gear) is custom-produced and non-refundable once your order is placed unless otherwise noted.
  • Late fees typically start seasonally after evaluations are held.

All refund requests 
must be made via email to [email protected]. Refunds will be issued by a credit back to the credit card used for payment or mailed check. In the event of a dispute, appeals, or an extenuating circumstance that one believes warrants an exception to the VRLL refund policy, a request must be made in writing to the Board of Directors via email to [email protected].
